NYS Disaster Case Management Program of Catholic Charities connects individuals to services and resources for help after a disaster. Case managers work one-on-one, providing referrals and obtaining all available assistance.
The Salvation Army operates an Emergency Disaster Relief program which provides: individual/family counseling, and works with other agencies in feeding/housing for volunteers and victims.

Wheelchairs, walkers, hospital bed, commodes, transfer benches.
Delaware County has developed a functional needs registry for residents with limited mobility or special needs, in order to provide individual notification during an evacuation, and to alert and enable emergency personnel to assist such individuals in the event of an emergency.
