The professionals at Certified Home Health Services provide the most comprehensive home health care program in Dutchess County. Our intake team is available to provide a smooth transition from the hospital or sub-acute setting to home care. Patients without a recent hospital stay are also accepted via a referral from their physician.
The focus of Certified Home Health Care is to:

The Certified Home Health Services team consists of New York State registered and licensed nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, registered dietitians and medical social workers as well as highly trained home health aides.
