    Free program that offers social companionship, meaningful activities and active engagement in a safe space so care partners have an opportunity to socialize and tend to their own healthcare needs. This program meets ponce monthly - Second Wednesday of the month - from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Westfield Untited Methodist Church, 101 E Main Street in Westfield, NY.
