Foster Grandparents are role models, mentors, and friends in meaningful volunteer opportunities providing one-on-one support services to children with exceptional needs. The program provides a way for volunteers age 55 and over to stay active by serving children and youth in their communities. In return for volunteering, Foster Grandparents receive a tax exempt stipend, a free meal each day while volunteering, and mileage reimbursement. Call for more information.
