    "RCIL’s staff will provide you with the specialized on the job training necessary for you to learn to perform your new job tasks.

    Our job coaches will work directly with you to learn the specific requirements of the job and also work-related activities, such as time and attendance. We will also assist you in appropriately dealing with your supervisors and co-workers.

    Our job coach’s hands-on assistance will allow us to determine your strengths and weaknesses to provide you feedback and assistance.

    Job coaching will allow us to assist you from the beginning to provide you with the tools you need to succeed at your new career.
