STEHP is an emergency assistance program to provide short term assistance to help stabilize housing. Homeless Prevention assistance is available to prevent an eviction, and Rapid Re-housing can assist homeless individuals in obtaining permanent housing.
Low income housing for low income who qualify
Provides renatl assistance for low income famlies. The waiting list is 6-9 months.
The Pavillion
Rental assistance for low income people that live or who want to live in the city of Salamanca.
Offer 1 and 2 bedroom units for those 62 years of age and older or disabled. Apartments are pet-friendly and are equipped with many amenities and safety features. They are located in a quiet residential area with amenities including a community room, laundry facilities, library cart service, and senior meal delivery. They are located on the LATS bus line and the Senior Nutrition site is only one mile away, which can be reached by LATS.
This program provides subsidized housing and case management to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.
